CentrO, Oberhausen is Germany’s largest super-regional shopping centre and one of the largest in Europe

The Prime leasing team has been involved since day one, firstly in the development and execution of the original retail use and tenant mix concept and the 70,000 sq m extension in 2012

Prime remains exclusive leasing agent for CentrO working closely with our client Unibail Rodamco

Acquisition advisory and business plan of this major hybrid shopping centre /retail warehouse park in 2011

Asset / Development management included achieving vacant possession of large DIY store and reconstruction for new tenant at increased rents and lease length

Redesign of the scheme for modern out of town fashion, electronics and convenience retail

Successful application for planning permission for extensive redevelopment/modernisation of the asset as well as improved and higher value retail use permits

New leases included Mediamarkt and Kaufland
